Every Seattle Sounders Podcast, Ranked (and Who Each One Is For)
About a dozen Sounders podcasts are active in 2026. Here they are ranked, with what each one sounds like, how often it publishes, and who should subscribe.
Six Sounders podcasts publish reliably in season, plus a handful of smaller ones. If you want one show that runs almost daily, it is Lobbing Scorchers, which this site's publisher makes. If you want analysis with numbers, Nos Audietis. If you want former players, Brad and Zak. If you want radio, Sounders Weekly on KJR.
Rave Green TV and one show on this list share a publisher, so read the ranking as an interested opinion from someone who listens to all of them. I weighed consistency, depth, and whether the show still publishes in 2026.
1. Nos Audietis (Sounder at Heart)
The longest-running analysis podcast about the club, from the Sounder at Heart crew. Jeremiah Oshan, Aaron Campeau, and Likkit Pocinwong break down tactics and data twice a week in episodes of 25 to 60 minutes, and there is a Substack newsletter alongside it. This is the one to start with if you want to understand why a result happened.
2. Sounders FC Pod-Cast with Brad and Zak
Brad Evans and Steve Zakuani, both former Sounders, talk about the game from a player's side of it. It has more Apple Podcasts reviews than any other Sounders show.
3. Lobbing Scorchers
The show from this site's publisher, Just Once Media. Kickoff goes live on YouTube every Monday at 8 AM PT, and reaction shows follow each match. Stoppage Time, Under the Lights, and Eternal Blue Forever Girls share the same feed. Over 250 episodes since June 2023, and close to daily during the season, which is the point of it: you hear the arguments the day they happen. Listen here.
4. Sounders Weekly (93.3 KJR)
Jackson Felts hosts Tuesday nights, 7 to 8 PM, on Seattle Sports, plus postgame shows. The podcast feed carries the radio hour for anyone who missed it live. Club guests turn up here more often than anywhere else on this list.
5. Full 90 Soccer Time (Audacy)
Seattle radio's other soccer hour. The Sounders share it with the Reign and the wider game, so the coverage is broader and less deep.
6. Sounders Pow Wow
Running since 2009, which makes it the oldest Sounders podcast still going. Jonathon, Katy, and Troy keep it conversational and slow, in a way that suits people who have followed the club since the USL days.
7. Sounders Scuttlebutt
Cameron Collins, Aaron Lingley, and Nicholaus Biela, recording from somewhere close to the supporter sections. Irreverent, and the closest thing on this list to standing in the north end.
Adjacent shows worth knowing
The Cooler Guild covers Seattle Reign in the Sounder at Heart network. Extratime, from MLSsoccer.com, is the league's flagship show and covers Seattle when it matters nationally. Western Conference club shows like The Third Sub in Vancouver and the Timbers fan podcasts are good rivalry-week listening.
How I maintain this list
I re-check every feed each quarter and drop any show that goes silent for more than three months. Last check: September 2026.
